Where do I get an entry form?
Registration cards are available at all 3 of our title sponsors locations and can be turned in there. The locations are:

What about registering online?
You may register online through our website just click on our home page. This will take you directly to the Registration website. You can register and pay there.
What is the entry fee?
$30 through August 1, 2018, $35 August 2, 2018 - October 1, 2018, $40 October 1, 2018 - October 13, 2018 , and $45 on race day.
Do you give refunds? What if it rains on race day?
No refunds or exchanges are given. Race officials reserve the right to cancel the race due to inclement weather.
Where do I get my bib and race t-shirt?
Packet pickup is at Mama Mia's in their back garden at 402 S. 20th Street, Leavenworth October 13th from 2:00 - 5:00 PM. They are providing a pasta dinner from 3:00-5:00 PM.
Who is the pasta dinner for?
All registered runners and walkers will be given a ticket for the pasta dinner served at packet pickup at Mama Mia's. This will allow one trip through the dinner line. Additional tickets can be purchased for multiple trips through the line or family members. The pasta dinner will be served October 13th from 3:00-5:00 PM.
Can I pick up my race packet on race day?
Packets can be picked up on race day beginning at 6:30am
Can someone else pick up my packet?
Yes they will just need to have a signed note from the participant.
What time does the race start?
Hustle for Hunger will start 8:00 am
What about parking? Where is the Start/Finish Line?
Start and Finish lines are just east of Warren Middle School on Gatewood Street. Parking for race is in the Southeast parking lot of Warren Middle School. You may enter the parking lot from 10th and Gatewood. Please note the start line has moved farther east from previous years.
Where can I find race results?
Results will be posted at the conclusion of the race. A link for the results will be posted online on our website (www.hustle5k.com) and our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/HustleForHunger5kRunWalk) following the race.
Do top runners receive awards?
Awards will be given to top male and female overall. Awards given to the top male and female finishers in each age group: 0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75-up.
Who does the race benefit?
Hustle for Hunger benefits Backpack Buddies. It is the supplemental weekend feeding program of Second Harvest providing children with a healthy breakfast lunch and snack each weekend during the school year, including extended breaks.
Can I run with my mobile device?
The answer is a qualified yes. We do not encourage headphone use but do not disallow them as long as they are used safely. For this reason, we will allow headsets on the course only if you do not pose a safety risk. For safety reasons, it may be necessary for a course official to ask you to remove your headset/earphones during the race. You are required to comply or face disqualification and removal from the course.
Can I bring my baby in a stroller/jogger?
Strollers Welcome! We ask that walkers with strollers start behind the runners so everyone will be safe! Note: No runners with motorized vehicles, roller blades, bikes or dogs will be allowed on the course as our insurance policy does not cover these. Protection will be provided at all intersections by volunteers or the Leavenworth County Police Department.
Hustle For Hunger 5K Race
The Hustle for Hunger 5K race benefits the Backpack Buddies program which is a supplemental weekend feeding program for elementary students in the Leavenworth, Lansing, and Basehor school districts.
